First Run
After installing OpenTodoList, open the app and create your first library. A library is the place where OpenTodoList stores your todo lists, notes, images, recipes, and other items.
You can start with a local library and set up synchronization later. If you already know that you want your data to follow you across devices, create a library that uses one of the supported sync providers.
